Episode 63 features the great Chris Lamb of the NY Philharmonic and Manhattan School of Music.  Chris also taught Stefon Harris when Stefon was getting his Masters degree at MSM

Here are some reasons why you should record yourself while you practice to aid in improvement. 

Some of the music that was life changing for Chris was "Petrouchka" By Igor Stravinsky. Chris reached out later and mentioned the Buddy Rich album "Big Swing Face" and specifically tunes from that album and other (Buddy Rich) albums: Big Swing Face, Groovin Hard, Critics Choice and Machine. Another album that gets an honorable mention is called "Opus de Funk" by the Milt Jackson Quintet.
